| dc.description | El presente estudio tuvo como objetivo analizar cómo las estrategias de gestión educativa innovadora influyen en el aprendizaje personalizado de los estudiantes de la Universidad de Especialidades Espíritu Santo UEES en modalidad online, con el fin de identificar prácticas y metodologías que fortalezcan la motivación, el compromiso y el rendimiento académico. La investigación se desarrolló bajo un enfoque metodológico mixto, combinando datos cuantitativos y cualitativos para obtener una visión integral de los efectos de dichas estrategias, en concordancia con lo planteado por Quijije y Mestre (2024), quienes destacan la relevancia de un diseño metodológico sólido en la educación superior virtual. Los hallazgos demuestran que los estudiantes perciben un uso frecuente de plataformas interactivas, recursos digitales y metodologías activas, lo que confirma el papel central de la digitalización educativa. Se concluye que estas prácticas potencian el aprendizaje personalizado, mejoran el rendimiento académico y consolidan un modelo inclusivo y adaptativo en la UEES online. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The objective of this study was to analyze how innovative educational management strategies influence personalized learning among online students at the University of Specialties Espíritu Santo UEES, with the aim of identifying practices and methodologies that strengthen motivation, commitment, and academic performance. The research was conducted using a mixed methodological approach, combining quantitative and qualitative data to obtain a comprehensive view of the effects of these strategies, in accordance with the findings of Quijije and Mestre (2024), who highlight the importance of a solid methodological design in virtual higher education. The findings show that students perceive frequent use of interactive platforms, digital resources, and active methodologies, confirming the central role of educational digitization. It is concluded that these practices enhance personalized learning, improve academic performance, and consolidate an inclusive and adaptive model at UEES online. | |
