| dc.description | Este plan de negocios demuestra que existe una necesidad de servicios médicos en el norte de la ciudad de Guayaquil. Esto se debe al crecimiento poblacional de esta zona geográfica, sumado a la reducción del poder adquisitivo de sus habitantes. Por ello, se propone potenciar el Centro Médico Medilink-Norte, que viene prestando sus servicios en el mencionado sector de la ciudad desde el año 2014 para ampliar su atención a pacientes particulares. Es importante mencionar como antecedente que, el 99% de la atenciones realizadas por el Centro Médico a Diciembre de 2015, fueron prestadas a pacientes afiliados a alguno de los seguros médicos privados con los que tienen Convenio.
