| dc.description | Este trabajo de investigación tiene el propósito de examinar la importancia del uso de nuevos métodos de construcción para el sector de viviendas de interés social, y de esta manera analizar el impacto social, económico y ambiental que tienen en la población guayaquileña. Esto se lograra a través de la investigación y tabulación de encuestas dirigidas a constructoras registradas en el Ministerio de Desarrollo Urbano y Vivienda en la ciudad de Guayaquil. El trabajo de investigación se divide en los siguientes capítulos: Capítulo 1: La descripción del problema, el planteamiento de los diagnósticos y el análisis de la situación actual del problema de investigación. El reconocimiento de las variables independientes y dependientes, la formulación de las preguntas de investigación, objetivos generales y específicos, y la justificación del problema a investigar. Capítulo 2: Marco Referencial, se situara una revisión sobre los factores que influyen en el sector de la construcción de viviendas de interés social o “popular”, y de igual manera identificar cuáles serían las opciones para disminuir el déficit habitacional, la gestión de la vivienda en términos de calidad y acceso. También se contará con un estudio comparativo entre tres diferentes métodos constructivos para medir resultados y ventajas entre los mismos. | es |
