dc.descriptionLa gestión por competencias permite la optimización de los resultados que se pueden alcanzar a partir de la determinación de las especificaciones que debe tener el talento humano; previo a su selección, capacitación o la aplicación de cualquiera de los procesos del talento humano. Este sistema de gestión por competencias debe ser diseñado a partir de aquellas competencias esenciales para el desempeño organizacional, las que deben ser desplegadas en todos los niveles de acuerdo a las responsabilidades y capacidades de cada uno. La aplicación de un sistema de gestión por competencias y evaluación del desempeño en el Patronato Municipal de Inclusión Social es la base para el rediseño de una organización con todas las características como para presentar servicios de alta calidad a los sectores vulnerables que atiende.es
dc.description.abstractSkill management allows the optimization of the results, that can be achieved from the determination of specifications to be met by human talent; prior to selection, training or application of any of the processes of human talent. This skill management system should be designed from those core competencies for organizational performance, which should be deployed at all organizational levels according to responsibilities and capabilities of each. The application of a skill management system and performance evaluation in the Municipal Social Inclusion Patronage (PMIS by Spanish denomination) is the basis for the redesign of an organization with all the features to present high quality services to those vulnerable sectors it serveses
