Abstract

The main objective of this article is to highlight the importance of the integral health of the employee in service companies as a fundamental aspect for the good functioning and sustainable success in organizations. A review is made of the main concepts and characteristics of Comprehensive Health, Mental Health, Emotional Intelligence, Physical Health, Work Environment, highlighting from the studies found the effect they have on workers in service companies. It is concluded that it is crucial to act based on the recommendations of workers to create and apply comprehensive health policies (IS), both in public and private companies; Human talent departments must periodically evaluate the level of employee motivation and satisfaction, cultivating workers' commitment to the company, which translates into positive, solid and effective results for the organization.
