Abstract

This study analyzes how to reduce staff turnover, which is causing customer loss at a nail salon. It also examines the theory of service quality, customer trust and loyalty, and how staff stability contributes to these aspects, ultimately leading to profitability. The Harvard case study method was used to identify the main solutions and select the one that would offer the greatest benefit. Three alternatives were analyzed in depth from a financial, strategic, and qualitative perspective, and the chosen solution was a bonus for employees based on productivity and customer satisfaction.
