This research was conducted at the CDI “Solanda” in Quito and aimed to demonstrate the importance of physical stimulation through Ecuadorian dance in children aged 3 to 4 years during the period 2025-2026. A qualitative-descriptive methodology was applied, through the observation of activities, the implementation of methodological strategies by teachers, and the proposal of a teaching guide supported by the Class Dojo platform. Dance, understood as an art that unites body, movement, and culture, became a living language that allowed the children to express themselves, enjoy themselves, and learn. The results showed that physical stimulation not only promotes motor development but also improves attention, concentration, and self-awareness. The most relevant conclusion confirms that Ecuadorian dance is a valuable educational tool that strengthens cultural identity from childhood.
