| dc.description | La investigación tiene como objetivo principal el describir la problemática referente a la inserción laboral juvenil, para ello se establece la incidencia que ejerce la implementación de políticas y programas dirigida al empleo juvenil; y a su vez conocer porque no genera un mayor impacto de oportunidades de trabajo. Para comprender esto debemos determinar los factores opuestos que presentan los adolescentes al momento de buscar su primer empleo como son: Edad, falta de experiencia de trabajo, mala productividad, carencia de formación educativa, lo que origina en la juventud una influencia que se torna negativa que le imposibilita el acceso a un puesto de trabajo. Se recopiló información de varios autores que describen el tema y cuyos datos estadísticos fueron tomados de fuentes primarias de los organismos gubernamentales. En base a la dinámica que presenta la demanda laboral existe una distribución desigual en cuanto a oportunidades de empleo. Para dicho propósito se utilizara la técnica definida como el método estadístico de la regresión lineal para conocer la aproximación de la relación existente entre el comportamiento que ejerce la introducción de los jóvenes en el sector productivo en relación a la tasa de empleo. | es |
| dc.description.abstract | The main objective of the research is to describe the problems related to youth labor insertion, for this the incidence of the implementation of policies and programs aimed at youth employment is established; and in turn know because it does not generate a greater impact of job opportunities. To understand this we must determine the opposite factors that adolescents present when they look for their first job, such as: Age, lack of work experience, poor productivity, lack of educational training, which originates in the youth an influence that becomes negative that makes it impossible for you to access a job. In order to define the result of this analysis, information was collected from several authors who describe the topic and whose statistical data were taken from primary sources of government agencies.
