| dc.description | La investigación presenta la propuesta de diseño de un Centro de Emprendimiento Cultural en La Aurora, parroquia del cantón Daule, Ecuador, en respuesta a la necesidad de espacios que fomenten la creatividad, la cultura y el emprendimiento local. Este proyecto busca integrar áreas funcionales y sostenibles que respondan a las necesidades culturales, sociales y económicas de la comunidad. A través de un enfoque interdisciplinario, se diseñaron espacios que faciliten la interacción social, la formación técnica y la promoción del arte y la cultura, incorporando tecnologías modernas y prácticas sostenibles. La metodología utilizada incluye el análisis de casos análogos nacionales e internacionales, entrevistas a expertos y la aplicación de encuestas para identificar las necesidades de los habitantes. Los resultados permiten establecer criterios de diseño enfocados en accesibilidad, flexibilidad espacial, integración con el entorno y sostenibilidad. | dc.description.abstract | This research presents the design proposal for a Cultural Entrepreneurship Center in La Aurora, a parish in Daule, Ecuador, addressing the lack of spaces that promote creativity, culture, and local entrepreneurship. The project aims to integrate functional and sustainable áreas that meet the cultural, social, and economic needs of the community. Through an interdisciplinary approach, spaces were designed to facilitate social interaction, technical training, and the promotion of art and culture, incorporating modern technologies and sustainable practices. The methodology includes the analysis of national and international analogous cases, expert interviews, and surveys to identify the needs of residents. The findings establish design criteria focused on accessibility, spatial flexibility, environmental integration, and sustainability. The project seeks to become a catalyst for cultural and economic development, fostering inclusion and strengthening the social fabric in La Aurora. | |
