Abstract

In this research, it was sought to implement behavior modification strategies to improve harmonious coexistence and meaningful learning in the classroom of sixth year of basic education. The methodology involved the application of surveys to all students, before and after the implementation of the methodological strategies of the 7Cs with emphasis on the classroom management plan, for a harmonious coexistence and a more significant learning, in addition to the use of expert judgment in the analysis of data. The results revealed significant progress in students' perception of coexistence and the classroom environment after the implementation of the strategies. It is concluded that behavior modification strategies have a positive impact on classroom coexistence, which in turn reduces the time spent on discipline control and allows a more effective approach in the teaching-learning process.

En la presente investigación, se buscó implementar estrategias de modificación de conducta para mejorar la convivencia armónica y el aprendizaje significativo en el aula de sexto año de básica. La metodología involucró la aplicación de encuestas a todos los estudiantes, antes y después de la implementación de las estrategias metodológicas de las 7Cs con énfasis en el plan de manejo de aula, para una convivencia armónica y un aprendizaje más significativo, además se dio uso del juicio de expertos en el análisis de datos. Los resultados revelaron un progreso significativo en la percepción de los estudiantes sobre la convivencia y el ambiente del aula después de la implementación de las estrategias. Se concluye que las estrategias de modificación de conducta tienen un impacto positivo en la convivencia en el aula, lo que a su vez reduce el tiempo dedicado al control de la disciplina y permite un enfoque más efectivo en el proceso de enseñanza-aprendizaje.
