Abstract
The present research work included the analysis of teaching strategies and their impact on academic performance.
In view of the above, the general objective of this academic article is to analyse the teaching strategies implemented and their impact on the academic performance of students in the third year of Bachillerato at the Unidad Educativa Fiscal Manuel Nieto Cadena during the 2022-2023 school year.
In this research topic, a qualitative approach was used, in which the aim is to formulate suggestions in order to improve teaching strategies and increase the academic performance of students in the third year of Bachillerato.
In short, the teaching strategies applied by teachers need to be improved as they have a positive impact on the academic performance of students.

El presente trabajo investigativo comprendió al análisis de las estrategias de enseñanza y su incidencia en el rendimiento académico, en estudiantes de tercero de bachillerato.
Ante lo expuesto, este artículo académico, tiene como objetivo general, analizar las estrategias de enseñanza implementadas y su impacto en el rendimiento académico de los estudiantes de Tercero de Bachillerato de la Unidad Educativa Fiscal Manuel Nieto Cadena durante el periodo lectivo 2022-2023.
En este tema investigativo se empleó un enfoque cualitativo, en el cual, se pretende formular sugerencias con la finalidad de mejorar las estrategias de enseñanzas y aumentar el desempeño académico de los estudiantes de tercero de Bachillerato.
En síntesis, hay que mejorar las estrategias de enseñanzas aplicadas por parte de los docentes, ya que estas, inciden positivamente en el rendimiento académico de los estudiantes y si son bien aplicadas, se podrá aumentar el desempeño académico de los alumnos.
