Abstract
The present research focuses on the correlation between the level of teaching competence of preschool teachers and the gamified experience. The methodology applied responded to a quantitative research approach, with a cross-sectional descriptive scope, a population of 70 teachers working at the preparatory basic level was considered, of which a non-probabilistic convenience sampling of 16 teachers with a mean age of 36 years ±6.9 was applied, of which 3 are male and 13 are female. The main results show a weak and positive correction between the level of teaching competence and the level of gamified experience, since the significance level of Pearson's correlation coefficient is in the range of 0.2 to 0.4.

La presente investigación se centra en la correlación entre el nivel de competencia docente del profesorado del nivel preescolar y la experiencia gamificada. La metodología aplicada respondió a un enfoque de investigación cuantitativa, de alcance descriptivo de corte transversal, se consideró una población de 70 docentes que laboran en el nivel Básica preparatoria, de los cuáles se aplicó un muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia de 16 docentes con una media de edad de 36años ±6.9, de los cuales 3 son de sexo masculino y 13 de sexo femenino. Los principales resultados evidencian una corrección Débil y positiva entre el nivel de competencia docente y el nivel de experiencia gamificada, ya que, el nivel de significancia del coeficiente de correlación de Pearson está en un rango de 0.2 a 0.4.
