Abstract
The present study is an educational research paper carried out at the United Nations Bilingual Private Educational Unit (CENU) in the Samborondón canton located in the province of Guayas, with the purpose of establishing an improvement plan through the analysis of teacher productivity, which It will help to follow up to develop a work route in relation to productivity and the high rate of teacher turnover, as well as to determine aspects that affect the technological management of campus resources. The objective is to analyze the incidence of teaching productivity and their administrative management, in order to identify the emerging needs that educators present in relation to the pedagogical and technological work, establishing methods of measuring productivity, and thus achieving the success of a significant innovation. The focus of this research is mixed in that it combines elements of qualitative descriptive and quantitative methodology for the extraction of numerical data that provided relevant information on this topic. With the data obtained, it is intended to carry out an improvement plan with the departments of human talent and academic coordination with the requirements that this study requires for the institution and as a final result as efficient administrative tool is obtained that ensures success in order to improve productivity. As a proposal to the recommendations, it is proposed that this process have all the needs that teachers may require to motivate and encourage a global and international learning methodology, reinforcing technology and pedagogy for the benefit of the educational community of Cenu.

El presente estudio es un papel de investigación educativa realizado en la Unidad Educativa Particular Bilingüe Naciones Unidas (CENU) en el cantón Samborondón ubicado en la provincia del Guayas, con la finalidad de establecer un plan de mejora mediante el análisis de productividad docente, el cual ayudará a hacer seguimiento para desarrollar una ruta de trabajo en lo referente a la productividad y el alto índice de rotación de docentes, así como también determinar aspectos que inciden en cuanto a la gestión tecnológica de los recursos del plantel. El objetivo es analizar la incidencia de la productividad docente y la gestión administrativa de los mismos; para así identificar las necesidades emergentes que presentan los educadores con relación al quehacer pedagógico y tecnológico estableciendo métodos de medición de la productividad, y así conseguir el éxito de una innovación significativa. El enfoque de esta investigación es mixta por cuanto se combinan elementos de metodología cualitativa descriptiva y cuantitativa para la extracción de datos numéricos que aportaron información relevante en torno a este tema. Con los datos obtenidos se pretende realizar un plan de mejora con los departamentos de talento humano y coordinación académica con los requerimiento que este estudio requiera para la institución y como resultado final se obtenga una herramienta administrativa eficiente que asegure el éxito en pos de mejorar la productividad. Como propuesta a las recomendaciones se plantea que este proceso cuente con todas las necesidades que los docentes pudieran requerir para motivar e incentivar una metodología de aprendizaje global e internacional, reforzando la tecnología y la pedagogía en beneficio de la comunidad educativa de Cenu.
