Abstract
The present study focuses on the analysis of bullying in the school environment and its effects on the learning of middle school students at the EGB "Hermano Miguel" educational institution in the year 2021. For this purpose, the following objectives are set: to investigate the level of knowledge about bullying in the educational community, raise awareness among teachers and parents about its incidence and provide strategies for its prevention. The research followed a quantitative methodology by applying surveys to collect data. Based on this, the results showed that, although there is an initial level of knowledge about bullying in the educational community, a continuous effort is still needed to improve and deepen the knowledge, this knowledge, emphasizing that awareness and training are essential to create safe and respectful educational environments. Furthermore, the need for a greater understanding of the various forms of bullying, its long-term consequences and prevention strategies is identified, thus concluding that awareness alone is not enough to address bullying in the school environment, it is It requires active collaboration between school and family home. Educators and parents must be equipped with the necessary tools to effectively identify, prevent and address bullying, as this phenomenon has a significant impact on students' well-being and academic performance

El presente estudio se enfoca en el análisis del bullying en el entorno escolar y sus efectos en el aprendizaje de estudiantes de nivel medio en la institución educativa EGB "Hermano Miguel", para ello se plantea los siguientes objetivos: indagar el nivel de conocimiento sobre el acoso escolar en la comunidad educativa, concientizar a docentes y padres de familia sobre su incidencia y proporcionar estrategias para su prevención. La investigación siguió una metodología cuantitativa mediante la aplicación de encuestas para recolectar datos, en base a ello los resultados mostraron que, aunque existe un nivel inicial de conocimiento sobre el bullying en la comunidad educativa, aún se necesita un esfuerzo continuo para mejorar y profundizar en este conocimiento, enfatizando en que la concientización y la capacitación son fundamentales para crear entornos educativos seguros y respetuosos. Además, se identifica la necesidad de una mayor comprensión de las diversas formas de acoso, sus consecuencias a largo plazo y estrategias de prevención, llegando así a concluir que la concientización por sí sola no es suficiente para abordar el bullying en el entorno escolar, se necesita de la colaboración activa entre la escuela y el hogar familiar. Los educadores y padres deben estar equipados con las herramientas necesarias para identificar, prevenir y abordar eficazmente el acoso escolar, ya que este fenómeno tiene un impacto significativo en el bienestar de los estudiantes y su rendimiento académico.
