Abstract
This study analyzes the influence of emotional salary on the attraction of human talent in the case of information and technology job positions. A systematic literature review was conducted with the aim of evaluating peer-reviewed articles published between 2015 and 2025. The electronic databases Web of Science and Scopus were consulted. After analysis, a total of 6 articles were included. Most studies were carried out in European countries. In addition, the authors used both quantitative and qualitative methods to establish the relationship between emotional salary and human talent attraction. Based on the review, it is concluded that, although there is evidence that companies implement emotional salary practices—such as flexibility, development opportunities, and work-life balance—to attract talent, the findings are exploratory. Therefore, more studies are needed to confirm the effectiveness of these practices.

El presente estudio analiza la influencia del salario emocional en la atracción del talento humano para el caso de posiciones laborales en tecnología e información. Se realizó una revisión sistemática de literatura que tuvo como objetivo evaluar artículos revisados por pares, publicados entre 2015 y 2025. Se consultaron las bases de datos electrónicas Web of Science y Scopus. Tras el análisis, se incluyeron un total de 6 artículos. La mayoría de estudios se realizaron en países europeos. Además, los autores utilizan métodos cuantitativos y cualitativos para establecer la relación entre el salario emocional y la atracción de talento humano. Con base a la revisión, se concluye que, a pesar de que se observa evidencia de que las empresas implementan prácticas de salario emocional como flexibilidad, oportunidad de desarrollo y balance vida-trabajo para atraer talento, los hallazgos son exploratorios, por lo que se requiere mayor cantidad de estudios para confirmar la efectividad de estas prácticas.
