Abstract
This paper aims to implement an ERP system to optimize inventory management at the Riobamba Imporllantas Technical Center. The identified problem lies in manual inventory control, which causes errors, process delays, and financial losses. The alternative solution is to adopt an ERP system that automates operations, improves product traceability, and facilitates decision-making based on reliable data. The estimated investment for the six stages of the project ranges from USD 7,800 to USD 9,200. It is concluded that the implementation of the system will increase operational efficiency, reduce errors, and strengthen the company's competitiveness.

El presente trabajo tiene como objetivo implementar un sistema ERP para optimizar la gestión de inventarios en el Tecnicentro Imporllantas Riobamba. El problema identificado radica en el control manual de inventarios, que ocasiona errores, demoras en los procesos y pérdidas económicas. La alternativa de solución consiste en la adopción de un sistema ERP que permita automatizar operaciones, mejorar la trazabilidad de los productos y facilitar la toma de decisiones basada en datos confiables. La inversión estimada para las seis etapas del proyecto se encuentra en un rango de USD 7.800 a USD 9.200. Se concluye que la implementación del sistema incrementará la eficiencia operativa, reducirá errores y fortalecerá la competitividad de la empresa.
