    This research was performed with the purpose of measuring the levels of stress and tension of the workers, and thus create strategies to avoid health problems with the employees. The analysis of the results will help to understand if the staff of SERT- located in Cuenca- has suffered of occupational wear resulting in the existing absenteeism of the company. The quantitative research is observational with transversal cut, and the sampling consisted of a census of 70 public employees from “Servicio de Estacionamiento Rotativo Tarifado (SERT)”. The results indicated the majority are men with ages between 26 and 31 years old, their civil status is married, most of them have more than one child and they have finished their high school studies. The Burnout is shown as a consequence of the exposure of the person to frequent sources of stress at the working area, and to the lack of strategies to confront them. The stress is the unspecific response of the body to any demand.

    MEDICIÓN DEL SÍNDROME DE BURNOUT EN PERSONAL TÉCNICO DE UNA INSTITUCIÓN PÚBLICA DEL ECUADOR.

    Background: Working conditions, an excessive workload and/or an intense relationship with users of a service are factors that can cause a chronic stress in a job, if they occur in a prolonged way a worker can be affected by the burnout syndrome. This syndrome is characterized by people suffering from exhaustion, cynicism and professional inefficiency. The objective of this study is to measure burnout syndrome in technical personnel of a public institution in Ecuador dedicated to the facilitation and control of foreign trade activities. Method: The Maslach Burnout Inventory-General Survey was applied to 193 technicians . Descriptive Analysis and Exploratory Factor Analysis was carried out. Results: The people surveyed presented the burnout syndrome at a medium low level for the Exhaustion and Cynicism dimensions, and presented a high level for the Professional Efficiency dimension. The analyzed data present internal consistency with a Cronbach's alpha of 0.701 and there is a correlation between variables of 0.855 in the KMO test. Conclusions: For the selected sample the burnout syndrome is presented at a medium low level, suggestions are made to the organization to prevent and reduce the effects of stress using tools such as job crafting and reviewing the workload assigned

    ESTUDIO DE SATISFACCIÓN LABORAL DE LOS TALENTOS CLAVES EN LA EMPRESA ENVASUR, 2019

    The constant changes in emerging economies and the growing evolution of the technology and services sectors have led to companies investing in research, using instruments that measure personnel turnover and the impacts that these phenomena have on their structure. The objective of this research is to determine the level of job satisfaction of key talents in an industrial company dedicated to the conservation of tuna and sardine located in the Santa Elena Peninsula, with the aim of reducing the level of turnover of existing personnel. A bibliographic review of the subject, the presentation of the evaluation instrument, the results generated from the measurement made to the case study will be carried out, concluding that the industrial company of tuna and sardine conservation of the sample of 34 key collaborators, they are at an average level according to 75% of the information extracted according to the Organizational Climate Scale (EDCO) measurement model, as it is necessary to apply corrective measures in terms of formulating a staff retention plan, and the subsequent evaluation of job satisfaction. The area of human and managerial talent of the company must take into consideration that elements such as the improvement of interpersonal relationships, management style, stability, sense of belonging, collective values, as well as retribution generate lack of control in the development of work activities of personnel .

    The analysis of on-the-job training as a feedback technique in personnel is an important factor, mainly in terms of job performance, whether in public or private entities. The objective of this paper is to analyze the relationship that exists between on-the-job training as a feedback technique and the resolution of conflicts of the administrative personnel of the Municipal Autonomous Decentralized Government of the Cantón Bolívar in the province of Manabí. The application of a survey is carried out, based on the Kirkpatrick Model (1959), through which criteria related to training and development, feedback and conflict resolution are evaluated. This instrument is applied physically, individually and at a single moment to the staff, through a random selection. The definitions set out by Kirkpatrick (2000) are considered for the establishment of the discussion. In this way, it is concluded that the analysis of the trainings become techniques for the feedback of the personnel, since it is based on the latter that the acquired knowledge is replicated towards their performance and work performance, because an adequate feedback process makes that the staff is much more productive. It is suggested to extend future studies, in which the incidence of training programs as measuring factors in work performance can be assessed

    The world of work has undergone an important transformation in the sociocultural context for more than a century, so that the management of companies requires considering the element of labor welfare as a fundamental axis to achieve organizational efficiency. The importance that labor laws are giving to the psychosocial aspect that influences labor welfare, has forced companies to carry out evaluations and action plans that guarantee the work-life balance of employees, and therefore, their mental and physical health. . The objective of this work is to evaluate the level of work well-being of the collaborators of a commercial company, identifying the main variables related to the work that affect it. The methodology used for the research is quantitative with the use of statistical methods, the instrument that was applied is the qBLG, which is a General Labor Welfare Questionnaire that assesses psychosocial well-being and collateral effects, the sample was randomized and consisted of 221 employees at the national level. The results allow to identify the variables that influence employees in a positive way to achieve their work well-being, as well as those that reflect an alert of possible future problems of not acting in a timely manner and that may affect their quality of life. The most relevant conclusion is that despite the internal change management that the company under study is going through, its collaborators perceive a good level of work well-being and feel committed to the organization, product of good labor practices applied for 49 years.

    The purpose of this work is to design salary policy in the largest transactional network in Ecuador. It has been possible to corroborate that although the current salaries of the organization are above what is mandatory by the Ecuadorian law, it is increasingly difficult to build employee loyalty by directly affecting the achievement of business goals. This work will begin with the position equalization study and will reflect the key positions within the organization, in addition to having a frame of reference to understand the similarity or possible differences between the salaries of each of the positions. Later, the creation and establishment of a position value manual will allow to weigh every position in the company, contributing to the elaboration of a solid salary structure in the compensation system, with the conviction of retaining talent and thus maintaining the continuity and sustainability of the business. Concluding with a salary policy able to distinguish different positions among the same corporate level, and thus giving a sense of justice and coherence in the compensation system of the company due to the establishment of every factor and subfactor of each position, attaining a suitable salary strip according to the necessities of the organization

    The globalized world is highly competitive due to technical scientific progress, the generation of virtual services has expanded a range of offers in the financial markets, so they open the client portfolio and take over the market, satisfying the population in general and improving your economic income through the injection of liquidity. The growth of competition has caused companies to take care more about giving the best to the customer, for this reason, customer service is paramount, because generally customers who feel satisfied with the service are more loyal to the service company and recommend to other people the services of the company, which ultimately impacts the financial profitability of the company. This research work analyzes the incidence of the perceived quality of the banking service in client satisfaction. The quality of the service is evaluated by the SERVPERF scale that analyzes the perceptions of the clients; while customer satisfaction is quantified by the summing model of "disconfirmation" proposed by Oliver (1980).

    LA COMUNICACIÓN INTERNA Y SU RELACIÓN CON EL COMPROMISO AFECTIVO: UNA APROXIMACIÓN TEÓRICA

    Internal communication prevents subjectivities and errors that cause loss of money and deteriorate the quality of processes and corporate image (Callejo, 2001). According to the literature, an informed collaborator is more committed, and as a result is more productive and motivated. This is key for an organization to differentiate itself from others, achieve the objectives set and achieve success (Arru, 2014). Therefore, the objective of this research is to analyze the relationship between internal communication and affective commitment. A literature review study was carried out, applying the analytical method and the qualitative approach. The level of the research is theoretical and the types of research that were used were documentary and explanatory. We reviewed 71 articles related to the variables: internal communication and affective commitment. The information was obtained from the databases: ProQuest, ScienceDirect, Taylor & Francis Online, Human Management, Dialnet, EBSCO, among others. As main findings, it was found that there is a positive relationship between internal communication and affective commitment, and, through from the found and analyzed theories, six intermediate variables were identified that connect the study variables and promote their development.

    LA INCIDENCIA DEL LIDERAZGO EN EL PERSONAL DE LOS CDI DEL MIES MILAGRO

    Leadership is a quality that characterizes the people who manage different groups within organizations. The Integrated Child Development Centers (CDII) are spaces for interaction that have a norm and intentionality, providing children with the means to learn significantly. The main objective of this research was to evaluate the effects of leadership and its impact on the services provided by the MIES - Milagro staff, because within the centers it is important that someone directs the execution and management of the processes, allowing work as an organized entity. The methodology used was the application of the Multifactorial Leadership Questionnaire, known as MLQ applied to 235 people. The results obtained confirm the existence of the transformational leadership style and the traits of transactional leadership. It is concluded that there is a strong relationship between these cases and the effects thereof, which are reflected in the service provided by the staff of the CDII.

    EL ESTRÉS LABORAL EN LOS DIFERENTES NIVELES JERÁRQUICOS Y SU INCIDENCIA EN EL DESEMPEÑO LABORAL DE LOS TRABAJADORES DE LA EMPRESA

    In the present investigation, an analysis of the psychosocial risk factors that cause work stress in the hierarchical levels of a company of the industrial sector (PYMES) of Ecuador and its incidence in the work performance of the personnel is developed. The construct "work stress - work performance" has a high influence on business results, but they are not always significantly related, therefore, it must be determined if work stress has an impact on job performance. The research method is descriptive, with a non-experimental, cross-sectional approach. 50 selected employees were studied under the non-probabilistic sampling method of a total of 98 employees. The instruments used were the questionnaire (CoPsoQ) Istas21 to categorize and classify the level of risks and the MINSA form to qualify the work performance of the personnel, the statistical results are obtained through the IBM SPSS Statistics V.24 program. It was determined that work stress was more prevalent in the Insecurity and Estimates sections in all the hierarchical levels. The work performance of the employees reaches prevalent grades from GOOD, VERY GOOD and EXCELLENT, with a positive and negative Rho correlation of Spearman, moderate in a few factors of the stress and work performance variables, concluding that work stress has not negatively affected job performance.

    The objective of this study was to describe the leadership styles and psychosocial risks present in health institutions operating in Ecuador and to observe if there is a correlation between them. For this, the Multifactorial Leadership Questionnaire [MQL] and the SUSESO-ISTAS 21 to 249 administrative and assistance workers of two complexity level 2 hospital units were applied. According to the results of the study, the leadership style that characterized these institutions was the transformational one and the psychosocial risks that occurred most frequently were active work and possibilities of development, social support in the company. Quality of leadership. There was a significant correlation between the transactional and transformational leadership style and the psychosocial risks linked to social support and leadership quality. These findings are discussed.

    Currently, job satisfaction and organizational climate are considered of great importance in terms of the management of the organization, whether public or private. The main objective of this study is to determine how Labor Satisfaction affects the Organizational Climate of the staff, taking as a case study four of the most relevant public institutions in the canton of Bolivar in the province of Manabí. For this reason, two types of questionnaires were applied: the first corresponding to the Minnesota Scale that allows to evaluate the satisfaction of the personnel and the second corresponding to the Organizational Climate Questionnaire, exposed by the author Juan Pablo Ortega Santos, PhD (Ortega, 2016) in his doctoral thesis, which evaluates the following aspects: Purposes or Objectives, Relations between Members, The Structure and Mechanisms of Management Support, Support Mechanisms, Rewards, Leadership. Both questionnaires were answered individually and in a single moment by a total sample of 286 people between employees and workers, through the use of the Surveymonkey computer tool; all this in order to establish the factors of job satisfaction that affect the organizational climate in public entities.

    The team climate has been studied as an influential factor in innovation, an adequate climate favors the generation of ideas by committed employees and willing to seek improvements for the organization that become proposals for innovating services, In this sense, this article aims to evaluate the team climate and the predisposition for innovation at the Babahoyo Technical University, for which the Team Climate Inventory (TCI) was selected as an assessment tool in its adapted version for Spanish, the same It has been validated by several authors, which allows to evaluate the vision, security in participation, orientation in participation and help for innovation. A survey was applied to a sample of 130 administrative employees. The data collected determined a low level of knowledge of the institutional vision, as well as low levels of participation that lead to a low predisposition for innovation.

    ESTUDIO DE LA SATISFACCIÓN LABORAL EN LOS NIVELES JERÁRQUICOS EN UN SECTOR PÚBLICO DE SALUD

    Job satisfaction for some decades has been the subject of research at the level of private and public entities, since it has been observed that their dimensions are closely related to the fulfillment of business or institutional goals and objectives. This research aims to identify the level of job satisfaction of administrative staff in a Public Health Sector, to determine the motivational aspects that affect their performance. The method used in this study is of quantitative, descriptive - not experimental, cross-sectional design, for which the Labor Satisfaction Questionnaire S20 / 23 of Meliá & Peiró (1989) applied to 50 servers was used, resulting in the section of job satisfaction "Supervision" generates greater job satisfaction in the first hierarchical level, and "Intriguing job satisfaction" generated greater satisfaction in the other levels. On the other hand, the section on job satisfaction "Perceived benefits" is the one that generates least job satisfaction, although the level is higher than "somewhat satisfied", it can improve the motivational factors that affect this section. In conclusion, the questionnaire S20 / 23 works well enough in public institutions of the health sector with high reliability (>, 8) which allows to measure the level of satisfaction to implement improvements and corrective measures.

    Introduction: This study was based on the evaluation of the competence and the performance in the health organizations, besides the motivation was a subject of great importance for the organizations, I applied it in a good way to help the workers to have a higher productivity. Methodology: The study was carried out by means of a descriptive and explanatory quantitative methodology, since the variables were independently measured starting in a descriptive process of the investigation and later they made an explanation of the factors that were evidenced and their causes. Objective: To analyze the results obtained from the application of performance evaluations in Latin American health organizations. Population: Latin American countries Conclusion: The implementation of performance evaluations in health institutions has brought great experience for each of the organizations, not without the difficulties that arise when other processes are involved. Therefore, its success will depend on the tasks performed by the health facilities themselves and the regulatory frameworks and incentives of the organizational policies.

    The general objective of this article was to determine the level of influence that leadership has in the organizational climate of the workers in Durini Wood Industry Company C.A. EDIMCA, Costa-Austro Zone. Its approach is quantitative, with an exploratory-descriptive scope. The present study was carried out in September 2018 through the application of surveys to 129 workers of the Costa-Austro Zone comprised of 12 leaders and 117 subordinates; for this, the following instruments were used: Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire (MLQ), short form of Bass and Avolio, and Questionnaire to measure Ortega's climate, JP, data collection was done digitally through Quesstion Pro and the analysis by means of the SPSS20 program. The results obtained identify the styles of leadership and climate in the Austro Coast Zone, and also support and certify that a good organizational climate is closely related to the commitment, motivation and attitude of the workers in a positive way, measured through leadership.

    The Organizational climate and psychosocial risks, are determinants at the time of measure performance of any professional and are closely related with labor conditions that are provided by organizations to their collaborators. The nursing professionals play a role very important in the health sector and the attention given to this group at this day is very poor, who are most vulnerable to psychosocial risks. The purpose of this investigation is identify and reflect about critical factors in measurement of organizational climate in health sector, and its relation with psychosocial risks for nurses. A literary review has been made about key words like “organizational climate”, and “psychosocial risks” in several databases, like: ScienceDirect and specialized search engines like Google Scholar, Pubmed, Proquest nursin & allied health source, among other. It is concluded that promoting a healthy environment and keep psychosocial risks controlled, will prevent staff from havin occupational diseases, ther will be less turnover and the organizational image will improve, achieving with this a better performance.
