| dc.description | La presente investigación titulada "Impacto de la Transformación Digital en la Aplicación de la Ley de Registro del Ecuador" analiza cómo la digitalización ha influido en el sistema registral del país, mejorando la eficiencia y seguridad jurídica de los procesos de inscripción de bienes inmuebles. La modernización ha permitido agilizar trámites y reducir tiempos de espera mediante la automatización y el uso de plataformas digitales. Sin embargo, también se destacan algunos desafíos, como la adaptación del marco legal a las nuevas tecnologías, la necesidad de capacitar a los funcionarios, y la implementación de medidas de ciberseguridad para proteger la información registrada. Se propone una serie de soluciones, como la aplicación del marco normativo, el fortalecimiento de la seguridad de los datos y la mejora continua en la capacitación del personal registral, con el fin de garantizar una transición segura y eficiente hacia un sistema registral completamente digital en Ecuador | |
| dc.description.abstract | This research entitled “Impact of Digital Transformation on the Application of Ecuador's Registry Law” analyzes how digitalization has influenced the country's registry system, improving the efficiency and legal security of real estate registration processes. Modernization has made it possible to streamline procedures and reduce waiting times through automation and the use of digital platforms. However, some challenges are also highlighted, such as the adaptation of the legal framework to new technologies, the need to train officials, and the implementation of cybersecurity measures to protect registered information. A series of solutions are proposed, such as the implementation of the regulatory framework, the strengthening of data security and the continuous improvement in the training of registry staff, in order to ensure a safe and efficient transition to a fully digital registry system in Ecuador. | |
