| dc.description | El proyecto de investigación referido al análisis de la gestión administrativa y su relación a la calidad educativa en la Unidad Educativa Bilingüe Boston, correspondientes a la zona 8, distrito 9D06, pretende determinar en qué medida las competencias gerenciales contribuyen a la Gestión Administrativa y a la calidad educativa de la Unidad. La investigación se desarrolló bajo un paradigma cuantitativo, tipo de investigación exploratoria-descriptiva, con un diseño que implica una modalidad de campo y bibliográfica, además de procedimientos específicos los cuales incluyeron técnicas observacionales y de recolección, el cual consiste en aplicar una encuesta, a dos grupos muy importantes como lo son los docentes donde se tomó una muestra de 10 y directivos con muestra de 5. Los resultados de esta investigación coinciden con la investigación de (Vega, 2018) en el cual se menciona que la gestión administrativa y la coordinación de actividades para una buena calidad educativa, en muchas ocasiones puede ser afectada por la falta de planeación, por el hecho de no existir establecido la misión y visiónlas cuales tienen como propósito definir el camino que debe ser seguido para alcanzar dicha meta propuesta. Por otro lado se pudo observar como cada miembro tiene claro cuáles y en qué medida las competencias gerenciales contribuyen a la gestión administrativa y a la calidad educativa de la institución, llevando a considerar así el desarrollo, la dirección y la orientación que tiene cada una de las personas produciendo una motivación constante para una mejor calidad educativa. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The research project referred to the analysis of administrative management and its relationship to educational quality in the Unidad Educativa Bilingüe Boston corresponding to zone 8, district 9D06, and aims to determine to what extent managerial competencies contribute to Administrative Management and educational quality. The research was developed under a quantitative paradigm, a type of exploratory-descriptive research, with a design that implies a field and bibliographic modality, in addition to specific procedures which included observation and data collection techniques, which consists of applying a survey to two important groups such as teachers where a sample of 10 was taken and managers with a sample of 5. The results of this research coincide with the research (Vega, 2018) in which it is mentioned that the administrative management and coordination of activities for good educational quality, that in many cases can be affected by the lack of planning, the fact that the mission and vision are not established which are intended to define the path that must be followed to achieve this proposed goal. On the other hand, it was observed how each member is clear about the extent managerial competencies contribute to administrative management and educational quality of the institution, thus leading to consider the development, direction, and guidance that each of the people has produced a constant motivation for better educational quality. | |
