| dc.description | La educación en valores humanos tiene un profundo enfoque en las relaciones sociales, lo cual se revela rápidamente en cómo se comprenden sus puntos de partida y sus fines. Mientras la problemática se presenta en la Escuela Fiscal Mixta Sgto. Rommel Vásquez Palomino en la cual se desarrolla capacidad de valorar enfatizar la pluralidad las opciones y la autonomía que debe guiar a los docentes en el aula de clases y los padres en el hogar. La orientación educativa permite guiar las acciones en función de la formación integral y armónica de la personalidad del estudiante, en función del encargo social que asume de nuestros tiempos. Lo que hace imprescindible tener en cuenta las consideraciones que se manejan en torno al complejo proceso de la subjetividad, en las condiciones del mundo actual. Los resultados muestran que no existe relación entre la impulsividad disfuncional y el potencial intelectual innato del individuo, es decir que los estudiantes presentan problemas de conducta a lo largo del trabajo del proceso educativo y esto sucede por las faltas de ayuda en los padres de familia, ya que vienen de hogares disfuncionales. Esto afecta al aprendizaje posterior que permite desarrollar ese potencial, porque presenta relación con las competencias intelectuales vinculadas a la inteligencia cristalizada pero no a la inteligencia fluida. Por eso la impulsividad disfuncional pero afecta también a los resultados académicos, favoreciendo a un mayor número de suspensos. En la propuesta del desarrollo del proyecto de valores humanos los talleres para los estudiantes, docentes y representantes legales, con el propósito de mejora de convivencia. Trabajo a realizar para hacer realidad una educación integral requiere de cambiar paradigmas respecto a lo que significa educar, ser humano, educador, evaluación del alumno, dinámica del aula, proyecto educativo del centro escolar. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Education in human values has a deep focus on social relationships, which is quickly revealed in how its starting points and purposes are understood. While the problem arises at the Sgto Mixed Fiscal School. Rommel Vásquez Palomino in which the ability to value, emphasize plurality, options and autonomy is developed, which should guide teachers in the classroom and parents at home. Educational guidance allows actions to be guided based on the comprehensive and harmonious formation of the student's personality, based on the social responsibility that he or she assumes in our times. Which makes it essential to take into account the considerations that are handled around the complex process of subjectivity, in the conditions of today's world. The results show that there is no relationship between dysfunctional impulsivity and the innate intellectual potential of the individual, that is, students present behavioral problems throughout the work of the educational process and this happens due to a lack of help from parents, since they come from dysfunctional homes. This affects the subsequent learning that allows this potential to be developed, because it is related to the intellectual competencies linked to crystallized intelligence but not to fluid intelligence. That is why dysfunctional impulsivity also affects academic results, favoring a greater number of failures. In the proposal for the development of the human values project, workshops for students, teachers and legal representatives, with the purpose of improving coexistence. Work to be done to make comprehensive education a reality requires changing paradigms regarding what it means to educate, human being, educator, student evaluation, classroom dynamics, educational project of the school. | |
