| dc.description | La investigación se enmarca en analizar el manejo de los recursos tecnológicos de los docentes de la Unidad Educativa Rafael Fiallos Guevara en la postpandemia. Debido a la inclusión de los medios digitales desde hace algún tiempo en la educación y que se acentuaron con la pandemia, asumiendo una nueva realidad educativa. En este sentido, se utilizó una metodología descriptiva, enmarcado en un enfoque cuantitativo con una población de 46 docentes. Para la recolección de datos se desarrolló un cuestionario bajo la técnica de la encuesta con 30 ítems y aplicado bajo Google Forms, se procesó bajo la estadística descriptiva con el uso de gráficos de forma en pastel. Entre las conclusiones se evidencia que los docentes, aunque manejan aspectos tanto teóricos como prácticos de los recursos tecnológicos existen debilidades entorno a su aplicación y formación profesional por lo que se requiere proponer un manual para el manejo de los recursos tecnológicos en la postpandemia. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The research is framed in analyzing the management of technological resources of the teachers of the Rafael Fiallos Guevara Educational Unit in the post-pandemic. Due to the inclusion of digital media in education for some time and which was accentuated with the pandemic, assuming a new educational reality. In this sense, a descriptive methodology was used, framed in a quantitative approach with a population of 46 teachers. For data collection, a questionnaire was developed using the survey technique with 30 items and applied using Google Forms, it was processed using descriptive statistics with the use of pie charts. Among the conclusions, it is evident that teachers, although they handle both theoretical and practical aspects of technological resources, there are weaknesses around their application and professional training, which is why it is necessary to propose a manual for the management of technological resources in the post-pandemic. | |
