| dc.description | En el presente proyecto de titulación se plantea la propuesta de una biblioteca municipal para la parroquia La Puntilla, cantón Samborondón. parte de un proceso investigativo de tipo mixto en el que se han estudiado antecedentes pertinentes al caso, datos de la situación actual del sitio, el desarrollo urbano del mismo, encuestas, entrevistas entre otros. Se logra evidenciar la falta de equipamiento urbano cultural que padece el sector, siendo esta una de las principales problemáticas actuales para el ejercicio adecuado del derecho a la ciudad de los habitantes. en respuesta al análisis previo, el siguiente trabajo de titulación propone el diseño arquitectónico de una biblioteca municipal. implantada en un parque público, en un sector céntrico de la parroquia, para mejorar significativamente las condiciones culturales y ambientales ausentes en la parroquia La Puntilla. | es |
| dc.description.abstract | In this degree project the proposal of a municipal library for the parish La Puntilla, canton Samborondón is presented. part of a mixed type investigative process in which relevant antecedents have been studied, data on the current situation of the site, its urban development, surveys, interviews, among others. it is possible to show the lack of cultural urban equipment that the sector suffers, being this one of the main current problems for the adequate exercise of the right to the city of the inhabitants.
