| dc.description | El Bosque Petrificado de Puyango (BPP) posee la colección más grande de madera petrificada a nivel mundial y está situado en Puyango, Loja. En 2015 el BPP recibió la visita de aproximadamente 10.000 turistas. Por ello se ha considerado importante identificar los impactos que la actividad turística genera en el lugar mediante la aplicación de la matriz de grandes presas, la cual permite identificar la relación entre los componentes ambientales de zonas naturales y las actividades realizadas por el hombre, para así determinar el tipo de impacto presente. Entre los hallazgos encontrados se destacó que los componentes ambientales con impacto negativo alto fueron: calidad del aire, topografía y suelos, hidrología, flora y fauna y paisaje. | es |
| dc.description.abstract | Puyango Petrified Forest (BPP) has the largest collection of petrified wood in the world, located in Puyango, Loja. In 2015, BPP received approximately 10,000 tourists. For this reason it has been considered important to analyze the impacts that tourist activities generate in the forest through the application of the large dams matrix, which allows to evaluate the environmental components of natural areas and it relations with the human activities and to determine the impacts, provide information to the actors involved and develop actions and strategies that allow improving the conservation of this natural heritage place. The findings found that the environmental high negative impacts were: air quality, topography and soils, hydrology, flora and fauna and landscape. | es |
