| dc.description | El medio ambiente es un problema que se combate día a día de distintas maneras en todo el mundo. Entre los problemas de contaminación ambiental que presenta el Ecuador están las emisiones de CO2 y el crecimiento horizontal de su población. Actualmente en el país, existen edificaciones sostenibles como oficinas y plazas comerciales, que por medio de aspectos y criterios constructivos intentan reducir la contaminación. Sin embargo, cuando se trata de residencias sostenibles, no es una edificación muy común. Por medio de una metodología de un enfoque mixto (cualitativo y cuantitativo), se propone un diseño haciendo uso de arquitectura modular, la cual también es escasa en el país, para implementar criterios de sostenibilidad. | es |
| dc.description.abstract | The environment is a problem that is fought every day in different ways around the world. Among the environmental pollution problems that Ecuador presents are CO2 emissions and the horizontal growth of its population. Currently in the country, there are sustainable buildings such as offices and shopping malls, which by means of constructive aspects and criteria try to reduce pollution. However, when it comes to sustainable residences, it is not a very common building. Through a mixed aproach methodology (qualitative and quantitative), a design is proposed making use of modular architecture, which is also scarce in the country, to implement sustainability criteria. | es |
