| dc.description | El desarrollo y situación actual de la ciudad de Guayaquil, específicamente el centro, muestra un constante y común desplazamiento a la periferia de la ciudad, a zonas como Samborondón, Urdesa, Daule, entre otras. Esta problemática, causa el despoblamiento y abandono de la zona céntrica que, con la presente investigación y propuesta arquitectónica de una vivienda de mediana densidad, se pretende ser una herramienta de solución para poco a poco alcanzar la revitalización del centro de Guayaquil. El proyecto pretende resaltar la importancia de la vivienda en el centro, como un llamado de atención a su actual abandono. | es |
