The thesis presents the design of the rehabilitation center in Santa Rosa, focusing on the creation of a comprehensive and effective environment for the treatment of people with drug and alcohol problems.
The project combines architectural innovations and sustainability principles to provide a space that facilitates healing and well-being for its users.
The building’s strategic location ensures a smooth integration with the urban environment, while the use of a double green roof and natural elements, such as a central tree and a community garden, promotes both energy efficiency and emotional comfort.
The functional zoning of the center, distributed over several floors, optimizes accessibility and use of the space, ensuring that all the needs of the rehabilitation process are met. This design not only addresses current requirements, but also establishes a holistic and adaptive model for future facilities in the field of rehabilitation and community care.

La tesis presenta el diseño del centro de rehabilitación en Santa Rosa, enfocándose en la creación de un entorno integral y eficaz para el tratamiento de personas con problemas de drogas y alcohol.
El proyecto combina innovaciones arquitectónicas y principios de sostenibilidad para proporcionar un espacio que facilite la sanación y el bienestar de sus usuarios. La ubicación estratégica del edificio asegura una integración fluida con el entorno urbano, mientras que el uso de una doble cubierta vegetal y elementos naturales, como un árbol central y un huerto comunitario, promueve tanto la eficiencia energética como el confort emocional.
La zonificación funcional del centro, distribuida en varias plantas, optimiza la accesibilidad y el uso del espacio, asegurando que se atiendan todas las necesidades del proceso de rehabilitación. Este diseño no solo aborda los requisitos actuales, sino que también establece un modelo holístico y adaptativo para futuras instalaciones en el ámbito de la rehabilitación y el cuidado comunitario
