| dc.description | La presente investigación sugiere emplear estrategias metodológicas apropiadas para fomentar el desarrollo del emprendimiento, en los alumnos y docentes del tercer año de Bachillerato de la Unidad Educativa “Juan Montalvo”, la investigación se sitúa en el desarrollo de nuevos emprendimientos, utiliza un enfoque combinado, es decir cualitativo y cuantitativo, y se orienta hacia una investigación educativa, Se llevó a cabo un estudio con dos docentes, veinte estudiantes y padres de familia, escogidos atreves de un muestreo no aleatoria, se utilizaron técnicas e instrumentos como: entrevistas y observaciones en las clases de los docentes, encuestas a los estudiantes y padres de familia. El diagnostico de campo facilito conocer el estado actual del proceso pedagógico, el rendimiento de los docentes y los elementos que influyen en el crecimiento del Emprendimiento. Como conclusión el proyecto de investigación permiten que los docentes adquieran mejores estrategias metodológicas para alcanzar los resultados propuestos en la asignatura de Emprendimiento. | |
| dc.description.abstract | This research suggests using appropriate methodological strategies to promote the development of entrepreneurship in students and teachers of the third year of high school at the "Juan Montalvo" Educational Unit, the research is located in the development of new ventures, uses a combined approach, that is, qualitative and quantitative, and is oriented towards educational research, A study was carried out with two teachers, twenty students and parents, chosen through non-random sampling, techniques and instruments were used such as: interviews and observations in the teachers' classes, surveys of students and parents. The field diagnosis made it possible to know the current state of the pedagogical process, the performance of teachers and the elements that influence the growth of Entrepreneurship.
