| dc.description | La propuesta urbano-arquitectónica de un mercado conexperiencia gastronómica para Samborondón tiene comofinalidad de crear un mercado que ofrezca una experienciagastronómica, de tal forma que pueda brindar en un espacioemblemático que fusione innovación, funcionalidad ypreservación cultural. Este proyecto persigue el objetivo depotenciar la identidad local y establecer el mercado como unreferente arquitectónico, cultural y económico para el cantón.El diseño contempla un mercado multifuncional en el cualagricultores y productores locales puedan comercializardirectamente sus productos, disminuyendo la dependenciade intermediarios y reforzando la economía local bajo unmodelo sostenible de producción y consumo responsables.Asimismo, se diseña como un espacio de interacción socialque estimule la convivencia y los vínculos comunitarios,promoviendo confianza, pertenencia y cohesión social.Un elemento distintivo es la inclusión de experienciasgastronómicas auténticas que honren las tradicionesculinarias de la región. Estas vivencias atraerán tanto a losresidentes como a los turistas, estableciendo al mercadocomo un punto clave de interés cultural y turístico.El presente trabajo no solo aborda una intervenciónarquitectónica, sino que también propone un modelo integralde desarrollo urbano, equilibrando los aspectos económicos,sociales y culturales. Al revitalizar la estructura mercantil delcantón Samborondón con un enfoque sostenible e innovador,se espera generar un impacto positivo duradero, convirtiendoal mercado en un símbolo de progreso, orgullo ytransformación para la comunidad de Samborondón. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The urban-architectural proposal for a market featuring agastronomic experience in Samborondón seeks to establish amarket that delivers a gastronomic experience, therebycreating a distinctive space that harmonizes innovation,functionality, and cultural preservation. The objective of thisproject is to elevate local identity and position the market asan architectural, cultural, and economic landmark within thecanton.The proposed design outlines a multifunctional market thatenables local farmers and producers to sell their goodsdirectly, thereby diminishing reliance on intermediaries andbolstering the local economy through a sustainable model ofresponsible production and consumption. Additionally, it isenvisioned as a venue for social interaction that fosterscoexistence and community bonds, thereby promoting trust,belonging, and social cohesion.A noteworthy aspect is the incorporation of genuinegastronomic experiences that pay tribute to the culinarytraditions of the region.
