| dc.description | Este estudio propone una solución tecnológica para la Compañía de Taxis Luis Cordero Vega S.A., orientada a optimizar la eficiencia operativa y la calidad del servicio mediante módulos personalizados sobre un sistema ERP. Encuestas a 20 usuarios revelaron 72% de insatisfacción, 65% de retrasos y 48% de mal trato. Tras evaluar tres alternativas, se eligió la integración de módulos ERP por su costo (USD 5.000–10.000) y 3–4 meses de implementación. Se proyecta reducir quejas un 40%, mejorar puntualidad un 35% y elevar la satisfacción al 80%, fortaleciendo la competitividad. En conclusión, esta alternativa representa el mejor equilibrio entre costo, adaptabilidad y sostenibilidad, asegurando una mejora operativa a largo plazo y un fortalecimiento del posicionamiento competitivo de la empresa en el mercado local. | |

Surveys of 20 frequent users showed 72% dissatisfaction, 65% delays, and 48% poor treatment. After evaluating three alternatives, ERP module integration was chosen for its cost (USD 5,000–10,000) and 3–4 month implementation. It is projected to reduce complaints by 40%, improve punctuality by 35%, and raise customer satisfaction above 80%, ensuring sustainable operational improvement and stronger competitive positioning. The conclusion indicates that this alternative provides the best balance between cost, adaptability, and sustainability, ensuring long-term operational improvement and competitive positioning in the local market. | |
