dc.description	El proyecto consiste en realizar el diseño urbano-arquitectónico del malecón de El Buijo histórico. En la actualidad el recinto cuenta con un espacio prácticamente abandonado, el cual podría aprovecharse para desarrollar un proyecto en el que se vean beneficiados los habitantes del recinto. Para lograr este propósito, el de devolverle la importancia histórica que tiene el lugar, en el que exista una relación entre las personas y el entorno natural que lo rodea, se propone diseñar espacios que fomenten la cultura y el turismo del sector con el aprovechamiento del entorno natural existente para que, de esta forma la gente se interese, visitándolo y creando turismo, en el cual los beneficiados son los habitantes del sector	es
dc.description.abstract	The project consists in making the Urban-Architectural design of the ´Buijo Histórico´ boardwalk. This place is a small town locates in the km 9.5 of the Samborondón Avenue. Nowadays the town has an abandoned site, which could be used to develop a project that may benefit the people of the area. The idea is to revive the historical importance of the place and create spaces in which people could interact with the natural environment. By creating this, many people would become interested in visiting this new boardwalk, something dizffeerent of the things that they are used to, generating tourism, which would benefit the people that live in the area.	es
