| dc.description | La empresa manufacturera fabrica muebles de oficina y ha presentado deficiencia en sus procesos por órdenes de producción. Es por esta razón que este trabajo analiza la viabilidad de implementar un sistema ERP especializado dentro del sector manufacturero. A lo largo del estudio se identifican las ventajas de esta herramienta para optimizar procesos, mejorar la rentabilidad y fortalecer la toma de decisiones basada en datos, presentando una planificación detallada por etapas, con actividades específicas, responsables, entregables y un cronograma de actividades desde octubre hasta diciembre. También se exponen riesgos internos y externos que podrían afectar la implementación, proponiendo medidas de mitigación. Finalmente, se formulan recomendaciones prácticas orientadas a garantizar una ejecución exitosa, sostenible y alineada con los objetivos estratégicos de la empresa. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The office furniture manufacturing company has experienced deficiencies in its production order processes. For this reason, this paper analyzes the feasibility of implementing a specialized ERP system within the manufacturing sector. Throughout the study, the advantages of this tool for optimizing processes, improving profitability, and strengthening data-driven decision-making are identified. Detailed stage-by-stage planning is presented, with specific activities, responsible parties, deliverables, and a schedule of activities from October to December. Internal and external risks that could affect implementation are also presented, and mitigation measures are proposed. Finally, recommendations are made to ensure successful and sustainable execution aligned with the company's strategic objectives. | |
