dc.descriptionEl propósito de este artículo es analizar la empleabilidad de los egresados de la Maestría en Contabilidad y Finanzas de la Universidad Espíritu Santo Ecuador. A través de un estudio empírico se aplicó un cuestionario a los egresados de las cohortes iniciadas en los años 2010, 2011 y 2012, el cual fue diseñado tomando en cuenta algunos factores del esquema básico de egresados y siguiendo lo dispuesto en la Ley de Educación Superior, el Reglamento de Régimen Académico y las normativas de acreditación de carreras y programas. Se pudo obtener los datos generales del graduado, su situación y trayectoria laboral y las percepciones que éstos tienen sobre el programa cursado y la institución.es
dc.description.abstractThe purpose of this article is to study the employability of graduates from the MSc in Accounting and Finance from the University Ecuador Holy Spirit. Through an empirical study a questionnaire to graduates of the cohorts started in the years 2010, 2011 and 2012 , which was designed taking into account some factors basic outline of graduates and following the provisions of the Higher Education Act was applied Regulation of Academic System and rules of accreditation of courses and programs. It could get general information graduate , status and work history and perceptions they have about the program and the institution completedes
