| dc.description | El objetivo de esta investigación fue analizar la incidencia de la comunicación organizacional en la motivación laboral del Instituto Educativo Moderna de Guayaquil Cía. Ltda. Se aplicó un enfoque cuantitativo, con diseño no experimental y corte transversal. El instrumento fue un cuestionario estructurado tipo Likert de cuatro puntos, validado por expertos, dirigido a una muestra de 91 colaboradores. Se evaluaron dimensiones como claridad del mensaje, retroalimentación, reconocimiento y compromiso. El resultado cuantitativo evidenció que el 75 % del personal administrativo/servicios generales percibe una comunicación efectiva, frente al 38,67 % del cuerpo docente. Se concluye que una comunicación organizacional clara y oportuna incide positivamente en la motivación laboral, sobre todo en el personal administrativo. Se recomienda fortalecer los canales comunicacionales dirigidos al grupo docente. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The objective of this research was to analyze the impact of organizational communication on work motivation at the Instituto Educativo Moderna de Guayaquil Cía. Ltda. A quantitative approach was applied, using a non-experimental, cross-sectional design. The instrument was a structured four-point Likert scale questionnaire, validated by experts and administered to a sample of 91 employees. The evaluated dimensions included message clarity, feedback, recognition, and commitment. The main quantitative result showed that 75% of the administrative/support staff perceived communication as effective, compared to 38.67% of the teaching staff. It is concluded that clear and timely organizational communication positively influences work motivation, especially among administrative personnel. It is recommended to strengthen communication channels directed toward the teaching staff. | |
