| dc.description | En Ecuador la situación de las personas privadas de libertad ha sido uno de los problemas mas complejos de resolver, Debido a esto el Gobierno ecuatoriano por medio del Ministerio de Justicia y Derecho ha tratado de implementar desde el 2015 medidas socioeducativas en donde se pretende brindar un sistema real de rehabilitación social, es así que luego de cumplir su condena, los internos se reinserten exitosamente en la sociedad ecuatoriana. Existe la necesidad de promover una transformación integral al sistema, a través de la creación de una infraestructura adecuada para incorporar los nuevos programas, planes y tratamientos de rehabilitación social, coordinados por la subsecretaria de rehabilitación social. La construcción y reestructuración de estos espacios permite que se cumplan los derechos de las personas que están privadas de libertad analizando la integración de sus necesidades educativas, laborales, productivas, culturales, alimenticias, recreativas y de salud integral. | es |
| dc.description.abstract | In Ecuador, the situation of persons deprived of their liberty has been one of the most complex problems to solve. Due to this the Ecuadorian Government through the ministry of Justice and law has tried to implement since 2015 socio-educational measures where it is intended to provide a real system of social rehabilitation, so that after serving their sentence, inmates successfully reinserted in the Ecuadorian society.There is a need to promote an integral transformation to the system, through the creation of an adequate infrastructure to incorporate the new social rehabilitation programs, plans and treatments, coordinated by the Secretariat of Social Rehabilitation. The construction and restructuring of these spaces allows the rights of people who are deprived of deprived of freedom to be fulfilled by analyzing the integration of their educational, labor, mproductive, cultural nutritional and integral health needs. | es |
