dc.descriptionEl actual sistema de pagos obsoleto en la empresa de medicina prepagada, genera ineficiencia y problemas en la cobranza, no permite realizar una adecuada gestión de cobros y eso ha implicado un incremento en la morosidad de la cartera. Se propone la creación de una opción de pagos dentro de la aplicación móvil de la empresa, que permita autogestionar el pago de las cuotas vencidas por los clientes y mejorar su experiencia (UX), conjuntamente con los resultados de la empresa. Modernizar la gestión de pagos para afiliados que mantienen atrasos en sus cuotas, mejor experiencia al cliente, permite centralizar la información y mejora la gestión administrativa de la empresa (CRM- ERP) y permite reducir la mora.
dc.description.abstractThe current, outdated payment system at the prepaid healthcare company generates inefficiency and collection problems. It does not allow for adequate collection management, and this has led to an increase in the portfolio's delinquency rate. The proposal is to create a payment option within the company's mobile app, allowing customers to self-manage payments of overdue payments and improving their user experience (UX), along with the company's results. Modernizing payment management for members who are behind on their payments improves the customer experience, centralizes information, improves the company's administrative management (CRM-ERP), and reduces delinquency rates.
