dc.descriptionEl presente trabajo tiene como objetivo determinar el comportamiento de las variables tamaño de la empresa, sector, tiene departamento de sistemas, invierte en capacitaciones, ventas, edad de la empresa, total de empleados y su relación con la variable inversión en tecnología de información y comunicación de las empresas ecuatorianas. El fin de esta investigación es mostrar como es el comportamiento de las variables con respecto a la inversión en TIC. Se realizó un análisis de enfoque cuantitativo con datos de corte transversal. Se compró que los datos no son normales y se usó la prueba de Kruskal Wallis para la relación entre variables cuantitativa – cualitativa y la prueba de correlación para la relación entre variables cuantitativa – cuantitativa. Los resultados de la prueba de Kruskal Wallis mostraron que las variables sí tienen relación con la inversión en TIC. Mientras la correlación mostró que las variables tienen una correlación positiva pero débil.es
dc.description.abstractThe objective of this work is to determine the behavior of the variables size of the company, sector, has a systems department, invests in training, sales, age of the company, total employees and its relationship with the variable investment in information technology and communication of ecuadorian businesses. The purpose of this research is to show how is the behavior of the variables with the investment in ICT. A quantitative approach analysis was performed with cross-sectional data. It was purchased that the data are not normal and the Kruskal Wallis test was used for the relationship between quantitative - qualitative variables and the correlation test for the relationship between quantitative - quantitative variables. The results of the Kruskal Wallis test showed that the variables are related to the investment in ICT. While the correlation showed that the variables have a positive but weak correlation.es
