Abstract

The objective of this study is to design a structured proposal for internal communication channels based on technological tools to improve human talent management at CleanMyBnb. A qualitative methodology was applied through a bibliographic review of scientific articles found in databases such as Scopus, Web of Science, Google Scholar, and ProQuest. The results showed that the absence of a formal communication channel and an HR department in remote environments can negatively impact motivation, operational clarity, and staff retention. It is concluded that implementing a structured communication system supported by technology significantly improves organizational efficiency and employee well-being in companies operating under remote work models.
