| dc.description | El crecimiento de una ciudad requiere un estudio profundo considerando proyecciones futuras que permitan una continua organización territorial sin generar desperdicio de espacios, tomando en cuenta los distintos criterios sobre el aprovechamiento máximo de suelo; un ejemplo de ello, las edificaciones mixtas, mismas que permiten crear puntos de interés diversos en conjunto y de fácil acceso al usuario. El presente proyecto tiene como criterio principal desarrollar el diseño arquitectónico de una vivienda multifamiliar sostenible de uso mixto, siguiendo los criterios de sostenibilidad y accesibilidad universal. Se localizó el proyecto en el cantón Salinas, provincia de Santa Elena debido a la falta de infraestructura vertical de uso mixto en sectores urbanos no céntricos. Este documento de investigación se realiza mediante enfoque mixto de investigación, por medio de entrevistas y encuestas para determinar los criterios y estrategias aplicables al proyecto. | es |
| dc.description.abstract | The growth of a city requires a deep study considering future projections that allow a continuous territorial organization without generating waste of spaces, taking into account the different criteria on maximum land use; an example of this, the mixed buildings, which allow to create different points of interest together and easy access to the user. The main criterion of this project is to develop the architectural design of sustainable multi-family mixed-use housing, following the criteria of sustainability and universal accessibility.
