| dc.description | El presente trabajo es una propuesta de un parque urbano inclusivo en la ciudadela Kennedy Norte, en la ciudad de Guayaquil, el cual cuenta con zonas recreativas, comerciales, deportivas, de diversión y contemplación. El proyecto busca aumentar la cantidad de áreas verdes que existe en la ciudad de Guayaquil, y el terreno donde se implementará el proyecto se encuentra a un (1) minuto de una de las zonas más comerciales de la ciudad, por lo cual su objetivo es no solo atraer y beneficiar a los moradores del sector, sino de toda la ciudad. En el proyecto se utilizó el método inductivo – deductivo para lograr la propuesta, la cual cuenta con un diseño inclusivo, o diseño para todos, que se adapta a las capacidades de todas las personas, sin importar su condición física o mental, y así poder contribuir a la equidad de toda la sociedad. | es |
| dc.description.abstract | The present work is a proposal of an inclusive urban park in the North Kennedy citadel, in the city of Guayaquil, which has recreational, commercial, sports, entertainment and contemplation zones. The project seeks to increase the amount of green areas that exists in the city of Guayaquil, and the land where the project will be implemented is one (1) minute from one of the most commercial areas of the city, so its goal is not only attract and benefit the residents of the sector, but the entire city. In the project the inductive - deductive method was used to achieve the proposal, which has an inclusive design, or design for all, that adapts to the capabilities of all people, regardless of their physical or mental condition, and thus contribute to the equity of the whole society. | es |
