| dc.description | El presente trabajo de titulación se basa en el estudio de la población comprendida por el cantón General Villamil Playas, contrastando sus realidades innatas como lo es su entorno con los obstáculos que presenta en la actualidad. Consecuentemente se propone un equipamiento tipo resort capaz de aportar de manera significativa el desarrollo del sector, además de imponer como prioridad el uso a un determinado grupo de usuarios como lo son los adultos mayores. La propuesta surge como respuesta a la percepción actual de turistas y residentes además de las cualidades propias del sector que no han sido potencializadas a su nivel máximo, cooperando en la infraestructura del cantón a su etiqueta de destino de descanso. | es |
| dc.description.abstract | This work is based on the study of the population established in General Villamil Playas, in which its inmates realities such as the environment contrast with obstacles that the city shows in current days. Consequently it proposed a typology of resorts capable of contribute in a significative way the development of the sector and also focus on a determinate group of users which are the senior livings; the proposal appears like answer to the present perception from the tourists and residents of the city, and also responds to the innate qualities of the region which have not been promoted in a significant way, therefore it is collaborating with the city´s infrastructure and its image of be classified as a destination to relax. | es |
