This study analyzes the implementation of the "MagicBook Readers Club" literacy program in 3rd-grade students with Borderline Intellectual Functioning (FIL) at Unidad Educativa Torremar. The objective was to improve their inferential comprehension through strategies based on TEFL, multisensory methodologies, and Harvard's Project Zero thinking routines. The research followed a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative and qualitative techniques to assess the program's impact on student learning. Results showed a significant improvement in inferential skills, participation, and reading comprehension, although challenges persisted in writing and oral expression. It is recommended to extend the program duration, enhance the use of interactive digital tools, and strengthen strategies tailored to individual student needs.
