| dc.description | El presente proyecto comienza siendo planteado en el sector La Atarazana, surge desde un análisis en el cual se concluye que existe una falta de centros de este tipo en la ciudad y en el país .Se compone arquitectónicamente bajo criterios enfocados en mejorar la calidad de vida de los posibles usuarios, sin dejar atrás los cuidados ambientales que compone crear una edificación en estos tiempos. El centro de cuidados paliativos tiene un concepto inclusivo debido a que no todos las edificaciones de Guayaquil son pensadas desde un principio en todos los futuros usuarios y sus diferentes condiciones, a este concepto se junta los criterios arquitectónicos detalladamente pensados en las generaciones futuras. | es |

It is architecturally composed under criteria focused on improving the quality of life of potential users, without leaving behind the environmental care that makes up creating a building in these times.
