| dc.description | Las buenas prácticas del gobierno corporativo garantizan que el entorno empresarial sea justo y transparente y que las empresas puedan ser responsables de sus acciones. Este trabajo tuvo como objetivo principal determinar la importancia y beneficios de las buenas prácticas de gobierno corporativo en el desempeño de las organizaciones y en sus grupos de interés. Se empleó un método cualitativo e investigativo junto al análisis de los términos clave, objetivos, importancia y la relación de las prácticas del gobierno corporativo con sus colaboradores, clientes, proveedores y la sociedad. Para ello, se escogió a la empresa Pronaca como caso de estudio, exponiendo su estructura y prácticas corporativas en su última Memoria de Sostenibilidad 2015. | dc.description.abstract | Good corporate governance practices ensure that the business environment is fair and transparent and that companies can be responsible for their actions. This paper aimed to determine the importance and benefits of good corporate governance practices in the performance of organizations and their stakeholders. A qualitative and investigative method was used together with the analysis of the key terms, objectives, importance and the relation of the practices of the corporate government with its stakeholders. For this, the company Pronaca was chosen as case study, stating its corporate structure and practices in its last 2015 Sustainability Report.
