dc.descriptionLa implementación de un sistema como la centralización de procesos en la nube con IA mediante Odoo tiene como objetivo principal optimizar los procesos de cuentas por pagar en la empresa Tradiciones Costeñas S.A., que nos permitirá registrar, procesar, controlar las fechas de vencimiento y emitir reportes más precisos, ayudándonos a reducir un tiempo de procesamiento en un 65% y una disminución de errores de un 70%, en conclusión la implementación de este sistema nos permitirá fortalecer el control interno, reducir costos, mejorar la relación con nuestros proveedores y proporcionar información confiable para la toma de decisiones.
dc.description.abstractThe implementation of a system such as the centralization of processes in the cloud with AI through Odoo has as its main objective to optimize the accounts payable processes in the company Tradiciones Costeñas S.A., which will allow us to record, process, control due dates and issue more accurate reports, helping us to reduce processing time by 60% and a decrease in errors by 70%. In conclusion, the implementation of this system will allow us to strengthen internal control, reduce costs, improve the relationship with our suppliers and provide reliable information for decision-making.
