| dc.description.abstract | This degree project analyzes the impact of digital transformation on the growth of the client portfolio of Banco Bolivariano during the 2022–2024 period. In a highly competitive and dynamic financial environment, digitalization has become a strategic pillar for customer retention and business expansion. By examining the bank’s financial statements, analyzing digital tools implemented, and conducting interviews with key personnel, the study found a positive correlation between the adoption of digital technologies (such as mobile banking, online platforms, and process automation) and the sustained increase in customers. This work also addresses the challenges faced during the transformation process and proposes recommendations to enhance the effective use of digitalization in Ecuador’s banking sector. | |
