dc.descriptionEn el Ecuador ha aumentado sustancialmente en los últimos años su población y sus necesidades, las cuales hicieron esencial la creación de un nuevo cuerpo legal, orgánico, justo y actualizado, para poder ejercer la práctica del derecho humano al agua, como respuesta a fundamentales exigencias sociales a través de la materialización de los postulados normativos de la Constitución de la República 2008. El objetivo de esta investigación, es analizar la inversión pública en proyectos de infraestructura hídrica a nivel nacional. En el presente trabajo, se comprobó mediante método cualitativo-descriptivo una tendencia creciente del presupuesto en un 30%.es
dc.description.abstractIn Ecuador, its population and needs have increased substantially in recent years, which made it essential to create a new legal, organic, fair and up-to-date body to be able to practice the human right to water, in response to fundamental demands through the materialization of the normative postulates of the Constitution of the Republic 2008. The objective of this research is to analyze public investment in water infrastructure projects at the national level. In the present work, a growing trend of the budget was verified by a qualitative-descriptive method by 30%.es
