| dc.description | El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como propósito analizar el impacto del liderazgo transformacional ejercido por los docentes en la cultura organizacional de la Unidad Educativa Estero de las Conchas. Esta necesidad surgió al observar la influencia que tienen la motivación, la comunicación y la participación docente en contextos escolares rurales. Se empleó un enfoque cuantitativo, mediante un cuestionario tipo Likert dirigido a la totalidad del personal docente y directivo. Los hallazgos revelaron que el liderazgo transformacional tiene una influencia positiva en la motivación docente y en la consolidación de una cultura institucional respetuosa y colaborativa. No obstante, también se identificaron debilidades relacionadas con la participación en la toma de decisiones y la comunicación institucional. Se concluye que el fortalecimiento del liderazgo transformacional en las escuelas rurales es una estrategia efectiva para mejorar la gestión educativa y fomentar ambientes escolares más cohesionados y participativos. | |
| dc.description.abstract | The present research work aimed to analyze the impact of transformational leadership exerted by teachers on the organizational culture of the Estero de las Conchas Educational Unit. This need arose from observing the influence that motivation, communication, and teacher participation have in rural school contexts. A quantitative approach was employed, using a Likert-type questionnaire directed at all teaching and administrative staff. The findings revealed that transformational leadership has a positive influence on teacher motivation and the consolidation of a respectful and collaborative institutional culture. However, weaknesses related to participation in decision-making and institutional communication were also identified. It is concluded that strengthening transformational leadership in rural schools is an effective strategy for improving educational management and fostering environments more cohesive and participatory schoolchildren. | |
