| dc.description | El trabajo de titulación se enfoca en la necesidad de agrupar las actividades mercantiles en un espacio, para satisfacer dicha necesidad se realiza estudios de comportamientos del entorno, culturales, de la naturaleza y de los usuarios; dichos estudios son individuales. Se realizó investigaciones exploraría, descriptiva y explicativa, también una investigación cuantitativa y cualitativa; con el fn de encontrar las soluciones correctas para sus necesidades. Se ha dado énfasis a la circulación, siendo importante para la unión de las actividades diarias de los usuarios, por esa razón el diseño parte de la circulación principal. | dc.description.abstract | The degree work focuses on the need to group the commercial activities in a space, to satisfy this need, studies of environmental, cultural, natural and user behaviors are carried out; these studies are individual. Explorative, descriptive and explanatory research, also a quantitative and qualitative research, was carried out in order to fnd the right solutions for their needs. Emphasis has been given to the circulation, being important for the union of the users' daily activities, for that reason the design starts from the main circulation. This form is based on the urban fabric of the canton, which gives rise to the design of buildings, also increases the open concept to achieve architectural and social integration, making the users own the site. | es |
