dc.descriptionSe desea emprender un proyecto de automatización digital del proceso productivo del atún con el objetivo de mejorar la eficiencia, reducir costos y elevar la calidad de sus productos. Este proyecto incluye la integración de tecnologías avanzadas como sensores, controladores y un software de gestión ERP, lo que permitiría un monitoreo en tiempo real y una mayor precisión en cada etapa del proceso del Atún. Al momento de realizar la producción, se ingresaría la información en tiempo real se reduciría los tiempos de producción y habría menor dependencia de realizar un trabajo manual, menor desperdicio de materias primas, vigilancia continua del proceso y respuestas rápidas ante problemas, mayor competitividad y sostenibilidad en el mercado.
dc.description.abstractThe Company wishes to undertake a digital automation project of its tuna production process with the aim of improving efficiency, reducing costs and increasing the quality of its products. This project includes the integration of advanced technologies such as sensors, controllers and ERP management software, which would allow real time monitoring and greater precision at each stage of the Tuna process. At the time o f production, information would be entered in real time, production times would be reduced and there would be less dependence on manual work, less waste of raw materials, continuous monitoring of the process and quick responses to problems, greater competitiveness and sustainability in the market.
