Abstract
The construction of this research project is understood from the knowledge of the Deontology of Education, achieving a better performance in the teaching practice.
The design of the present work highlights the deductive method, which determines that the knowledge of the Deontology of Education will promote improvements when exercising the profession of educators, carrying it out in a more appropriate way and attached to the codes of conduct.
The research that was used is descriptive, quantitative, delimited the population and the sample, determining them of a non-probabilistic type by quotas, observation and survey techniques were applied, the results reflected mostly the total ignorance of the Codes of Ethics and therefore the absence of them in the performance of their activities, emerging as a priority the incentive to the knowledge, practice and teaching of the same.

La construcción de este proyecto de investigación se comprende del conocimiento de la Deontología de la Educación consiguiendo un mejor desempeño en el ejercer docente.
El diseño del presente trabajo destaca el método deductivo, el cual determina que el conocimiento de la Deontología de la Educación fomentará mejoras al momento de ejercer la profesión de educadores, llevándola a cabo de una manera más adecuada y apegada a los códigos de conducta.
La investigación que se usó es de tipo descriptiva, cuantitativa delimitó la población y la muestra determinándolas de tipo no probabilístico por cuotas, se aplicó las técnicas de observación y encuesta, los resultados reflejaron en su mayoría el desconocimiento total de los Códigos Deontológicos y por ende la ausencia de ellos en el desempeño de sus actividades, surgiendo como prioridad la incentivación al conocimiento, practica y enseñanza de los mismos.
